There is very little that I love more than a stack of freshly printed cards, especially when they are scalloped cut.  Imagine getting that in your mailbox & then times it by 100 since I get all 100 delivered to me first.  It is like Christmas everyday.

These little beauts were for a friend from high school & I love the 'preppyness' of them.  Is that a word?  Either way I'm so happy with how they turned out.

 

And I may be beginning an obsession with houndstooth.  You ready?

Yes.  that's right, I've already started on Christmas cards.  Get your pictures ready.

Speaking of Little Misters...meet my favorite one.

Max has truly been such a blessing.  He is by far my 'best' baby.  He is happy.  He is content & he's got me wrapped around his chubby little finger.

With each baby, I have found different things that connect me with them.  With Scoobs, he was my first.  He's the one that made me a mother.  So he will always be my favorite for that reason.  With the Lady, she is my only girl & she tested me harder than any of them.  So she will always be my favorite for that reason.  With Max, he is my third & a fatty.  I was the third & a fatty {9lbs, 13oz}.  And he's named after my dad.  So he will always be my favorite for that reason.

He is chubby & snuggly and I couldn't love him more.

That and the other night he slept 12 whole hours.

What's not to love about that?

Say hello to Lincoln.  I loved working on these announcements.  Mom wanted something simple & classic...so we went with cars.  Printed on linen, I think they hit just the spot.  You can find them in the shop here.

Are you tired of looking at my post office post? Me too. Let's just put that one behind us & focus on this little cutie.

Sadie is my friend Hailey's little girl. Actually she is my sister's friend & was my brother's first girlfriend way way way back in high school {did I just say that out loud?}. Anyway, she is like part of the family & I never laugh harder than when Hailey is around.

Anyway...introducing Miss Sads. Love her.

Continuing with the baby theme...i think all my friends had babies this year, or they are this year. it is that every other year thing. we are a bit like a rabbit farm in my neck of the woods.

Behind. So far Behind.

I will just admit it. Baby #2 did me in. She will be 1 this month & believe it or not, I am just starting to feel like I can do it. She has been a stretch for me. Love her to pieces. to pieces I tell ya. But man, she has kept me busy...mostly at doctor appointments, hospital stays & the constant supervision she has required.

But...she. is. worth. it. Every second.

And, so in my catching up, I suppose it is only natural to start with her. In all her glory.

I really have my sister to thank. She took those amazing photos. Is there anything better than having your own personal photographer that you can schedule with on a whim & then come up with crazy dumb ideas & have her pull it off? no. no there isn't.

Baby Paige

Baby Paige is so cute! She about killed her mother with her delay in arrival -- TEN days late via C-Section after 3 failed inductions.

Talk about making an entrance!

She was ready though. Weighing in at nearly 10 pounds, there is nothing better than a chubby baby.
What I wouldn't give to squeeze those chubby cheeks! Can't wait to meet you little Paige.
