Loving This Sentiment.

My friend Krista sent me oodles of the cutest quotes & sayings & I've had this one rattling around in my head for a bit & finally found a second to get it on paper.  And while I might tweak it some down the road, I like this for now.

I am generally a happy person, but today was a doozy in the kid department.  You know the ones...when they are at each other all day?  One pushes, the other screams, back & forth, back & forth until my mind starts to get a little swirly & my voice 10 decibels too high...even in public.

Please tell me this has happened to you?

So then I thought, I should try to pull up something, anything happy.  Which made me wonder...what is my happiest memory?

There are always the near & dear days of my wedding & the births of my children, but those emotions are fleeting moments that are so much more than happy...and let's be honest, the birth of my children involves my stomach being cut open, which does not conjure up happiness.  Happy memories for me usually include family, friends, food & some serious laughter...which usually revolves around some body of water, whether it be the ocean or the pool, I am not too picky.  Give me that, throw in a Diet Coke & I am happy.  Like last Friday...that was happy.  Easy & fun by the pool with fab friends & sisters.

Regardless, I think I should figure it out & have it stocked away so when Scoobs is going on & on & on & on in the car about anything & everything instead of wanting to scream, I can pull out that happy memory nestle into it & feel all warm & fuzzy.

So what is it?  Your happy memory?

Think it over & leave a comment letting me know if you want a copy of this file.

Hmmm...happy memories. I try and think of these to refrain from beating my kids from time to time. I shouldn't openly admit that, but hey, it's life.

A body of water and a diet coke.....yes please! Sounds perfect to me. I knew we were alike! :)
